Few days i had an remarkable and exceptional dining experience at KFC that left me greatly impressed and craving for more. The staff greeted me in a friendly way the moment that I walked with warm and friendly smile they quickly took my order . The restaurant was clean and welcoming , I felt as though i was at my home, the food was well flavor it was so season that i could not help when eating I had to lick my finger because of how good and tasty the chicken was, over all i believe and i will spread the good news that KFC is the most satisfying restaurant

This was absolutely diabolical. I ordered the spicy twister menu, it was good. But after, my tummy started ro rumble.. AND OH MY GOD ITS SO LOUD. I FEEL MY BUTT CHEEKS CLENCHING, i already know i gotta POOP from this spicy twister. And thats not even the only thing. I ordered a cola but they gave me pepsi. WHEN DID I EVER SAY PEPSI? WHAT IS THIS JOKE OF A FAST FOOD PLACE. WHEN I SAY I WANT COLA, I WANT MY COLA. NO PEPSI, NO SPRITE. COLA.

The costumer service in KFC schalkwijk centrum are rude! I called regarding my order missing items, and asked me to order anything like ketchup cost of .95 cents and when i place order i will pay 7 euros for just a ketchup to add my missing item from my previous order. So i called again and they asked me what to and i said they suppose to fix it for me, and the man i was talking to the phone called me ass*! So i said it back! What the hell is that?!

Tried to purchase online via app (for pick up at KFC Jan Van Galenstraat) but transaction failed, no confirmation received and they took my money 4x. Tried calling them but no one was picking up the phone so emailed them instead. After emailing a few times, I was promised refunds but until now (2 weeks later), refund is still not in and CS stopped replying to messages. Thief!!!

Kfc has an amazing service, their prices are reasonable anf affordable
Its has a perfect Logo.

FYI phone doesn’t work or they not answering.

Food is not fresh. The fries was clearly not fresh and the oil they use was clearly weeks old, we just eat a few pieces but we got sick even from that. The tables are always dirty. Service is incompetent and none of them has a clue what is going on. Just the worst "fast food" (waiting time always over 10 minutes) restaurant in the area.

Really we enjoyed burger packages also those are tasty

It has been more than 3 months now that I havent received my refund from KFC. I ordered online through their website and paid. When i was picking up the order, the store said they did not receive the order, so no order was prepared. The customer service said i will be refunded but no one is responding from them anymore. This is a greedy company!

Dirty branches, the food is far too greasy and the prices are far too high

20 minutes wait for a drink ordered extra. My food was totally cold

Find a good environment after go there and enjoy all food.

Awful service from uninterested unmotivated staff.1 touchscreen working,long waiting times.
Food cold and below standard.
Dirty tables and flies buzzing around.
Coffee thats an insult to coffee.
All in all a bad experience and wont be going back there.
You have been warned !

My wife had a salad which was 96% leaves, two tomatoes and a few hidden carrot shavings we thought they were saffron, with 2 veggie chicken pieces.
The staff looked about as interested as a bucket of KFC thrown across the A9. The service was slow.
I had the KFC chicken burger which was unique as it had a tiny amount of batter and mainly tasted like boiled chicken served with luke warm chips.
Look at the reviews for KFC a food company that doesn't care so just keeps banging out poor quality food.
Finally they explained they had no food left. This was the night before Hemelvaart dum or what!!!

We ordered through Thuisbezorgd and the tracker said delivery within 35 minutes. After 35 minutes we checked the tracker again and the complete order and tracker were completely deleted. I called KFC and they confirmed that they received the order and all of a sudden the tracker in the app was available again. We received our food but the fries were missing even though it was on the bill and we paid for it. I called again and they told me they are not delivering only fries and "offered" to come there and pick it up myself... Then l got mad and told her that this is not gonna happen and they are delivering the product l paid for and l am not going out of the house because they forgot my fries and now are too lazy to deliver it. Worst part is that she said l should not give her attitude because l demanded my paid product to be delivered! Disrespectful and incompetent worker handling missing products and talking to customers this way.
