Absolutely fantastic customer service

Absolutely fantastic customer service, issue with an item, replacement sent within 4 days. Email answered promptly no delays in resolving. I’ve ordered several items over the last few months all perfect with the exception of the last item. Again resolved with no issue. Would not hesitate to purchase from again.

Amazing product and service :D

I love the tripod I ordered. It's beautiful, hefty, and has been perfect for my needs. A few weeks ago, I twisted one of the bits too hard and broke it. I emailed customer service and they sent me an entire new part to replace the broken part, no questions. I don't think I even had a warranty. Super happy with my product and the service!!!

My singual motion prism had a bubble in it. I worked with Rhian and was amazing and had a replacement right away! Will only be using them from now on. It's an amazing prism as well.

Customer Support exceeds expectations

In late August 2025, after an exhaustive search for a camera bag that could accommodate some personal items and a water bottle while also allowing for quick access to both my Nikon Z6 iii with Z 24-70mm f/2.8 lens attached as well as a Z MC 105mm f/2.8 VR S lens, I settled on the K&F CONCEPT Camera Sling Bag Crossbody Bag Camera Shoulder Bag which I purchased from Amazon.com.

After a trip to the Canadian Rockies, I noticed that the buckle for the waist strap had partially sheared off. I contacted K&F Concepts to ask if they could send me a replacement buckle on December 8.

It took a few different conversations, but once verified the purchase and had the information required, they informed me that a replacement was on the way on December 12.

I received the package on December 13 (5 days after my initial inquiry), and to my surprise, they had sent me a totally new bag! I had not expected this at all, as I had only asked for the buckle.

The speed with which they resolved my issue, while going beyond what was expected or required, tells me how much K&F Concept values their customers. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the sling bag I purchased, which suited my needs admirably, as well as their Customer Service Department / Staff most highly.

Quick help and high quality service

Excellent Customer Service

Amazon.com is excellent with returns and buying replacement parts online, but most other dealers aren't. I find it's usually a long process of emails back and forth, validating the reasons for a return and paying extra for shipping. Buying extra replacement parts from K&F was easy. I highly recommend purchasing gear from them because they have excellent customer service and will parter with you to fix your gear if anything goes wrong.

Tripod offering excellent value for money and a reliable company

I ordered a K&F Concept tripod for my studio photos and videos and was really delighted with its features. It can be positioned in any way and supports both large SLR cameras and phones. It even comes with a remote control. This tripod has everything you need, while remaining very lightweight and fully adjustable. I love it.

A few weeks ago, two of the clamps no longer closed tightly enough to keep the tripod in place. I contacted customer service and after sending a video of the defect, they sent me a replacement tripod. I wasn't expecting that, and I'm really pleased to see that not only are their products very good value for money, but they are also a serious and very reliable company. Thank you!

I had purchased the K&F CONCEPT…

I had purchased the K&F CONCEPT 90''/230cm Ultra High Camera Tripod, Horizontal Overhead Shooting Travel Tripods with Metal Ball Head 10KG Load Capacity, Detachable Monopod, for Indoor and Outdoor Use T254A7+BH-28L from the K&F Concept store on Amazon. One of the tension clips on the legs of the tripod would not release. The support team had me try a few things, but it didn't work. To make things right, they are sending me a new base for the tripod.
