Impressive business & no BS!
The sales people are also the technicians so I was more than happy with their level of expertise and background information related to the products they sell. I outlined what was required and they guided me to just the right product for my needs.
I would strongly recommend them as a security supplier, especially their large range of new & reconditioned safes.
Their customer support is also first class as I have had several questions related to the product I purchased.

The front door lock decided to be recalcitrant. Called KGB Security who then turned up promptly. The representatives were friendly, professional and kept us informed of their progress at all times. Highly recommended.

KGB not for me
responded to email inquiry within 24 hours, did not seem interested in onsite quote, emailed a quote with no breakdown of new equipment, labour, service fee, or GST !! Just one very expensive total at the bottom of the page.
No response to my request of a possible repair to current system, will go elsewhere, very disappointed.
ADDED -- Then rings up after seeing this review and wants to argue, what you see as a response is in fact rubbish to cover for poor service and ripoff pricing! Also adjusted star rating from 2 down to a 1 as I cannot go to zero, due to a heated phone exchange, with Brock. I hope they may improve business ethics in the future and refrain from being testy with clients and learn from reviews after all isn't that the point of a review --- learn and improve your business ?

Hi Phil,
Brock a partner in the business with 20 years experience in digital security solutions, is who spoke with you via phone and text conversations while he reviewed the photos of your old Intercom system, explaining that your existing system is beyond repair due to the age of the unit. The age of the unit also means there is no option for repair as there are no parts available. Brock gave you a verbal quote over the phone which you requested be sent through as a written quote.
There is no breakdown of equipment, the unit is the model Intercom listed in your quote, we compile any unique details of equipment for each job site and that is our intelligence which is not provided on quotes but explained to you as a client when we do the job on site so any notes can be taken for your install and applied to your account on our end.
For the purpose of price checking, that should be all the information you need to identify the product on eBay but remember the systems sold there are old units and that is why their prices are lower, the pixels in the camera and features in the internal keypad will be old tech.
Our Intercom technician is also a trained electrician and was consulted through the images supplied. If your request wasn't so straight forward we would have been more than happy to provide a site visit to quote but as it was you were able to provide all the information required over the phone.
