Simple, trustful and exceptional quality
This online store has proven to be serious and reliable. The shipments are perfectly packaged, making it virtually impossible for the contents to be damaged. They keep you promptly informed about the status of your purchase and its delivery. Paying EU taxes at the time of purchase is a plus, as it saves you from dealing with tedious customs procedures.
Once, I asked about the status of one of my orders and the response felt a bit aggressive, in my opinion. However, there have been no further incidents. Do NOT buy from this site. Head to OneSixthScale to purchase reliably. KgHobby used to be good but oh have they fallen off their wagon. Exactly like ToysWonderland! Atrocious customer service where they wont reply any of your enquiries and IF they do, they will uses their usual "oh it went to our spam" excuses. Also, they will also throw a random ETA of your figure and it still will not come!
Figures also come atrociously LATE! Go read reddit or collectorfreaks reviews on KgHobby before you decide to buy from them!
