This is an online scam. They would advertise cheap rates for online social media support and would take the money in advance and then would ghost you completely. These scums think they are smart. In fact, they have their office under the name of KN solutions but would run ads under KGN Soft solutions to deceive potential customers. They have their physical office in Hyderabad, Telangana. Total fraudsters

Took money amd never completed even a single task. Big fraud and scam. They will call and chase for money. But as soon as they receive the payment, they will abscond.

They are such scammers they will lure you in taking your money and they will say they are going to run your ads, but they are literally running away with your money. Do not spend your money with these guys!! They have no experience and marketing is just a front for them. The main purpose for them is just taking away your money.

I had a highly negative experience with KGN Soft Solution Pvt Ltd. The representative who contacted me was unprofessional and extremely rude. When I requested samples of their work, he simply redirected me to a website found via Google search.

KGNSoft Solution (Digital World) is nothing but a group of careless cheaters. At the start, they act very professional, responsive, and eager to help — all to gain your trust. But the moment they get your money, everything changes. They stop replying to messages, never answer calls, and completely disappear without doing the work they promised.

They make big promises but deliver absolutely nothing. This is not just bad service — it’s a scam. I strongly warn anyone considering them: do NOT waste your money or your time. There are many honest companies out there, but KGNSoft Solution is not one of them.

KGN are SEO spammers. They first spammed using a gmail account. In a subsequent email exchange, they freely admitting to using a fake email and name for ‘marketing purposes’. So basically they lie. Simple as that.
