Great service, a good deal on the car, attentive & helpful guidance from the admin team... I say team, I had one person who answered and sent emails at all hours... I was worried about her not having any time off.

I was really surprised to see this review, as having checked back through all communications, you seemed pleased with the service.
We either take a commission from the vehicle supplier, or a processing fee from the customer. We base this on what is financially the best option for the customer.
Our service is managing the process of organising your new car. From sourcing the vehicle, securing finance, ordering the car, taking care of paperwork, and organising delivery.
It is also for allowing you to utilise our volume-of sale-discount level. I'm sure you would have researched the car, so would be aware of just how much more expensive it would be if you had sourced it from the manufacturer directly? Bearing in mind the car was then delivered directly from the same manufacturer, and actually finance from themselves too, I would hope you would therefor agree that it was actually money well spent.
I'm not sure if you received the email I sent as I have not had a reply, but feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss the matter in more detail.
