Lovely people at KG; helpful and professional but my delivery had to be re-arranged three times, I believe problems with the supplier. Very happy with the car once I'd received it though.

Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent, availability of vehicle spec was also excellent, just a couple of concerns but these have not detracted me from enjoying the experience and the car.
I would like to add some feedback though!!
Timescales - 5 week wait for an in-stock car was excessive, could have been problematic but thankfully not.
Delivery milage - I was not aware I would receive the car with over 400 plus miles on it, I've been reassured this will be deducted from my contract milage, however it does annoy me the fact that someone unknown to me has driven the car, regardless of it being a rental or not. I'm paying a premium rental for a brand new car, not a used car!!
