Who we are? Khalid’s Kakes is a family run business from Birmingham providing the best custom made wedding cakes, birthday cakes and general cakes across the Uk. We specialise in artisan handmade fondant and buttercream cakes and go above and beyond with our realistic cakes. No cake is too big and no occasion is too small! Our Journey We started selling cakes on the streets of Birmingham by setting up a painters table with a cloth and spoke to everyone passing us by. With our 3 month old daughter sitting on the table we sold all they cakes, cupcakes, sweets and treats on a weekly basis - we eventually become well known and loved and a part of the pavement. After building an initial buzz in the local area and gaining a foundation of loyal clients we grew from strength to strength going on to exhibit in the Uk’s number 1 wedding show and opening a boutique pop-up in Bullring to now having a full blown cake business operating from our purpose built cake factory producing hundreds of cakes a week. Our Aim Is to continue to grow the business and keep producing the best in all things cakes. No cake is too big and no occasion is too small. All cakes are made fresh to order and we pride ourselves on our unique taste and custom designs. All cakes are suitable for a vegetarian diet and special dietary requirements can be catered for.

Best experience with khalid kakes
Best experience with khalid kakes. From little things to the big things. I use them for everything, cupcakes. Weddings, birthdays you name it. Affordable and efficient. The cakes are amazing. The communication is on point and every experience has been effortless for me (I’m a soft life babe) couldn’t recommend them anymore. They will forever be my go to and I will celebrate every milestone of life with their kakes. Wonderful people. Cannot wait to see how far they go (I was not paid for this review) lol. On a serious note top tier on every level!

Amazing cakes!

Professionalism at its finest
I’ve been ordering from this company for just over 3 years and I haven’t been to anybody else since. Not only are the cakes brilliantly crafted and designed but they taste incredible. Everything is top tier from their taster boxes, to cupcakes, to biscuits, to brownies and then their cakes. The process is so easy and they will fit your ideas into your budget. I trust them so much now that I blindly order. I tell them the idea and let them work their magic. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to see where they go next.

I have had the pleasure of using Khalids Kakes for 7 years and they never disappoint. Hands down, they have the lightest, fluffiest and flavourful cake I have ever tasted. I use them for all of my events. Their level of service and professionalism is exceptional. Their captivating designs and attention to detail cannot be matched. They are the best.
