I contacted KH Flooring on Friday 17th April.I spoke to Kelvin and it was arranged for him to visit for a quote on 30th April which all went well. Received our quote but we had some decorating to do beforehand so I said I would be in touch once the decorating was completed.
I messaged Kelvin on May 8th to explain we had finished the decorating and could we book in for the floor to be done asap.Kelvin replied a couple of days later and said he would be in touch to arrange prepping the floor. That was on the 10th May.
We heard absolutely nothing for ages so were forced to look elsewhere.
I then received a message from Kelvin on Wednesday 3rd June asking how everything was going?
Very confused regarding this.So I explained we had had to go somewhere else because we heard nothing.
He said' No worries!' Even more confused.
No apology. No explanation. No accountability. Nothing.
No idea what the issue was but I wouldn't recommend as a company as completely unreliable and unaccountable for their actions. Avoid!😡

We really can’t thank Kelvin enough for his guidance, expertise and beautiful craftsmanship. The work carried out was to put right a big wrong left by a previous company. I personally think putting right someone else’s work is much harder to do than carrying out the job from the start. Kelvin took his time to explain options and what choices we had available to us. Our aim was to complete the work as quickly as possible with the least disruption to our working week. Kelvin worked out of hours, around the clock to achieve this, gaining the best results.

Absolutely delighted with Kelvin and his colleague who recently fitted the carpet in our bedroom. From start to finish an exceptional service, professional and honest. So pleased that he is coming back in a few weeks to do the flooring to the whole of our downstairs.

Kelve and his team laid Karndean Art Select in our kitchen diner. Fantastic job and really pleased.

Kelve was quick in responding to our initial enquiry. Arranged a suitable date for measuring and providing a quote. They were the cheapest out of four quotes we received. The service provided in terms of selection and different options possible was the best on offer.

Once agreed a price and date. They team were very respectful of our property and dogs! Kept the house tidy and worked around our needs.

Highly recommend and will be using them again to carpet upstairs.

KH Flooring were exceptional from start to finish. Very friendly, polite, clean & tidy and did an amazing job of my kitchen floor! Would 100% recommend and would defo use again in the future!
