The size description on the website is completely misleading. The brand recommends sizing down, which is not correct — the dress is actually true to size, and the measurements listed on the website are inaccurate.

I followed their recommendation and ordered a size down. When the dress arrived, it was extremely tight and unwearable. When I contacted customer service to exchange it for the correct size, they refused, which is an absurd policy — especially when customers have no opportunity to try the item before purchasing and there is no physical store.

The inaccurate measurements are entirely their responsibility, yet they take no accountability. Customer service was disappointing, unhelpful, and arrogant. It felt like they simply didn’t care about the customer or the brand — only about taking the money.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. This was a very poor experience and even worse customer service.

Beware: Sizes are for teens, not women
I truly regret buying from this website. I ordered a dress for the first time and the sizing is more suited for teenagers than adult women. The quality feels very cheap for the high price, and it was extremely difficult to reach customer service. I feel like I wasted my money on a low-quality dress. In my experience, Shein is better than Khy.

The quality is not good for the price. The sizing is off.
Ordered the dress and it was too small. and they’re not even allow me to do the exchange as a first time customer. Would never order again for sure. Don’t recommend.

I am fully convinced most of the 'positive' reviews are bots... I bought a size small in two sets of pants (one cargo, one sweatpants) as part of my order. Tell me why my cargo pants measured out to a 32 waist when the size chart said they'd be between 24-26? AND THEN YOU CAN'T EXCHANGE OR REFUND? Quality control is horrible at this company... and its such a shame because Kylie is a billionaire. You would think she'd offer higher quality items and pay for good, trustworthy manufacturers and quality control teams.

Apparently, the sizing issue is a common problem and the quality is the same as some SHEIN items.. but because her name is on it, they can slap on a higher price tag. JUST GO TO UNIQLO

My daughter received a tracksuit as a gift. The medium bottoms are far too big and she’d like to exchange. The current policy of KHY is no refunds or exchanges! What kind of a business is allowed to do this?
Given this is an online brand where it’s impossible to try things on how on earth can you justify this policy?
We are currently going back to the person who purchased the gift in an attempt to pursue this further. One thing for sure we won’t be making further purchases if this is the usual process.

To be honest.

I saw the website via instagram.
Some of the stuff looked decent so went to check it out & it’s ridiculously overpriced. Considering the audience KJ attracts its way out of their reach if they’re just the average person who works a normal paying job then they’re not gonna be able to afford an outfit.

I Considered buying the jeans. If I do I’ll update on the review about the quality.

Amazing quality, smooth and fast delivery. I bought the seamless legging and top I will order more. Never had a top and legging so comfortable as this.

Really fast and smooth delivery to Europe. Unfortunately there was an issue with the item that I bought, but also that was solved quickly and easily. Not my last time buying from the store ☺️
