I tried to send money via them so place the transaction early morning at 0500 and as result I got confirmation via email that I have 24hour to transfer the fund from my bank to their bank. On the same day the pound crash and the new rate which was posted later in day was a lot less than that the rate I send early in the morning so I thought I am better off as I place the transaction early morning and got confirmation via email is well that I have 24 hour to validate my transaction but after an hour or so I receive an email that they cancelling the transaction because the funds is not transfered, I immediately called them and enquire why my transaction is cancelled they told it is actually myself who cancelled the transaction, I was shocked disbelief to hear this and told them that I didnt and why would I cancel this when I can see the new rate far less than the one which I got at 0500 in the morning, but they keep saying that it was me who cancel the transaction..i couldn't believe they can do this me as I am their very old customer..i still can't believe that they are doing this to me....please don't believe them, they can put you in trouble and your money can be lost too.

Such a stupid question they ask you when you send money even 200 pounds to Pakistan , they hold your money without any logical reason. Don't use them

One of the WORST site i have ever used. Its been three days they keep stuck my money with them. I was trying to send £300 to Pakistan. I started my transfer on 29th october. Then the whole day passed no response from them. Then, the next day they drop me an email with that stupid compliance form. And guess what? The email was just saying attached the compliance form fill it and send it back to us and there was no form attached. Then i dropped them a reply to send me the form they did not reply me for 3 to 4 hours then they send me the form finally. Alright, so moving towards the next stupidity. In there instructions, they said they need utility bill or bank statement not older more than 3 months. The form was sent to them. Then they ask for the screenshot where is shows that the money has left my account i send them too. They work as an email a day. Then no response the whole day. And now, they emailed me by saying provide us your bank statement. I sent them. I have already provided them my passport they asked for it again. They ask 3 times for the bank statement i provided them. And then with no email responses and not picking up the calls they cancelled my transaction on their own. There are much more good apps like Azimo, remitly, specially smallworld which clears the transfers within an hour or maximum two. This khyber exchange should be ban....!!!

I was referred by a friend. Very stupid people. I'd recommend them to start selling vegetables instead of trading as money exchange. It's been few times now but today I got completely fed up with them. They keep declining the transactions giving funny reasons but I know the reality. They rates they've on the website are not live. So if you make a transaction out of hours and you pay the rate which was higher then the rate on next working day they'll fist ask you to send the Bank Statement and then Compliance Form and then when you send them all they'll turn up with some nonsense excuse to refund you the transaction because they're so dumb to update the rates and the next morning they wake up and found that a customer made transaction online and rate is down so they keep calculating how much money they've lost. Stupids. This morning I did a transaction online at £1 = PKR 179.00/- turns out that it was the Saturday rate. Today's updated rate was PKR 177.25/- so they rang me and making nonsense excuses. Stupids

Really bad service from these people. I sent £200 to Pakistan and it took three days to get there. I had send them email after email and they would not respond. Eventually had to call them on several occasions to get a response. Am still waiting for them to send the money!!!!!! My advice don't use them, there are better companies ,like Azimo,Ria etc.
