Truly shocking service & attitude …

Truly shocking service & attitude by cashier . I was next in line when the cashier looked up she recognised the lady behind me . She called her by name then insisted she served her first . She was returning an item so it was a lengthy process . The cashier had an agorant , "couldn't care attitude" . This occured at the Torres Vedras store 11.42 on 13/12/24 just in case anybody cares about customer service at Kiabi
Serviço e atitude verdadeiramente chocantes do caixa. Eu era o próximo da fila quando o caixa olhou e reconheceu a senhora atrás de mim. Chamou-a pelo nome e insistiu que a servisse primeiro. Ela estava a devolver um artigo, por isso foi um processo demorado. O caixa tinha uma atitude agorant, "não me importo". Isto ocorreu às 11h42 do dia 12/13/24, caso alguém se preocupe com o serviço de apoio ao cliente da Kiabi
