They are scammers. They list an assortment of products scraped from other sources, then when you buy they charge you, and then send an email with excuses as to why they are unable to ship the order, saying they will refund you - but they never do. Most people do not check these things, which is why the scam works.
I ordered an OEM side mirror from KiaCheapParts.com (Kirby Auto), expecting a brand-new part.
What I received was clearly used and already painted in a color that does not match my car at all. The mirror arrived with visible scratches, misalignment, and signs of prior use. This was NOT a new part.
I picked it up from a FedEx Office, went straight to a professional body shop, and opened it together with the shop owner within 30 minutes. I took multiple photos (attached) immediately after unboxing.
I emailed the seller four times with photos and full documentation. I only received one automated response. No return instructions. No refund guidance. No real response.
Later, the seller falsely claimed the item was unpainted and that I should pay for return shipping + a 20% restocking fee. This is completely dishonest.
The mirror has been kept untouched at the body shop since day one.
I filed a dispute with my credit card, but even that process is still ongoing.
Avoid this seller. They do not respond, take no responsibility, and misrepresent used parts as new.
This is not just bad service — it is deceptive business practice.
Excellent !! Although Google search did not find my part on their website, once I found the actual part number, they had it available at the best price. It was shipped via Priority Mail and arrived sooner than expected. I have done business with them several times and they have always come through quickly and with highest value. Highly Recommended !! I will also post this on TrustPilot.
