I should’ve known better
I should’ve known better! Ordered the bridesmaid dress (in custom sizing). Received the dress and was so disappointed! The straps were so tiny (not appropriate for a heavy dress). The bust area not only did not fit right but was not as advertised in the picture, the neck line was completely wrong and the sewing was coming apart, the fabric cheap also! Ofcourse I understand policies, however, when you are sent something so horrible and completely different then you would expect some help from the company that manufactured it right? NOT AT ALL! 16 emails of back and forth, me trying to explain the problems and them not acknowledging the problems that I am describing; “there is nothing wrong with the dress they say” I am being “demanding” they say. The other ladies in the wedding were having the same problems and again, no solutions given, no help, NOTHING! Horrible people to deal with and will NEVER give this ‘so called’ company another thought if I ever need a dress. Now me and the other ladies are having to buy another dress from elsewhere and count our losses be wise there is no way we would even get $50 for this Kiarelys dress. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to sell such garbage!

If I could rate this company a 0 I…
If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Someone from the company emailed me very rudely saying I should cancel one of my dresses because they likely won’t fit me (i ordered two dresses based off my measurements). The email was so unprofessional I showed 10 people and they all couldn’t believe a company would send something like this out. I told her to cancel both my dresses and she did immediately without question.

However, if her tone was harsh, I apologize. Our customer service team is relatively new and still getting familiar with the circumstances; the tone may not have been accurately conveyed. We hope to bring you a more enjoyable experience next time. Additionally, we do recommend selecting the appropriate size when making a purchase and advise against buying multiple items with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest. In such cases, return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, so please choose carefully.
Service is great
Service is great! Customer service responds very quickly. Dress ordering process was stress free, all instructions are very CLEAR and straight to the point. I 10/10 recommend obtaining your measurements as they suggest you do to avoid repurchasing and shipping returns! Will definitely purchase here again.
