Im a small streamer on twitch and I recently started streaming on Kick because I heard some good things about it. So here's some Pros & Cons I've experienced so far!

Pro's:
-VOD's are saved Indefinitely till you wanna delete it
- Affiliate requirements is only 75 followers & stream for 5 hours
-You can have emotes right away
-Chatters get levels
-Profile is pretty easy to set up

Con's:
-Cant save VOD's; I usually save my vods to make clips & get every second I want.
-Streamer dashboard is very incomplete. not much to work with.
-Setting up Alerts was hard (FOR ME) & still dont have any
-The site & app itself is slow
-The Botrix (like nightbot) is a bit confusing and generic

As of right now, I think Kick has LOTs of things to fix but it does have potential to be just as good or even better than twitch and youtube. Hopefully they get some stuff changed very soon!

So far i haven't had any problems with Kick and everything works fine, i choose kick instead of twitch because they give freedom of speech unless like twitch, twitch will ban you if they feel like you trying to make community better, they rather have porn hot tube lives with half naked womens and gambling that ruins people life's for view's. I will support Kick.com till the end, keep it real Kick.com you guys are future of streaming

I tried signing up to compare the quality, interactions, and overall performance of the platform compared to others. I didn't make it past typing in my email. My email contains 2 periods with the email name, and Kick ONLY allows emails with "letters, numbers, and underscores". I am not going to start a whole new email to sign up. So overall, I cannot do a complete review because of this issue.

I really love it. Videos are vivid!

It’s just so much you can’t do on the beta app or even web. Stick to twitch. You can’t even pick up where you left on a video or change the quality of the stream during video playback.

Seen a streamer perform statutory rape on a woman live on stream of another streamer who endorsed it saying "she likes it". Neither of them have been banned. Wouldn't have happened on Twitch.

This site is horrible just a knock of Twitch. Let's not forget to mention that Kick.com was built using Amazon Interactive Video Service (Amazon IVS) the same one that Twitch uses. Come on now a 95% revenue split how would even be a real thing. If Twitch is not even profitable and owned by Amazon how can Kick.com pay out that much. Mixer failed in the streaming face and they are owned by Microsoft. Kick.com is also owned by an online gambling website the same one like many that got banned off of Twitch. So being banned on Twitch they lost money. This site sure kinds of sketchy and to good to be true. Perhaps its going to join in the ranks of failed Twitch adversaries Trovo, DLive and Mixer.

So far so good...think it could be better for tiktok lovers too! I love to stream let's see where it goes!

Pretty bad streaming service with many hateful content to its streamers and they even do not have a report system so cant report streamer insulting viewers for attacking them for bad content with sexual stuff and more. Pretty bad and go away people.

Bunch of creeps addicts and pervs tryin see UA nudes watch this junk get shut down id never be part of this for ten million dollars what a joke and nothing loads right!

As a bigger twitch streamer this site has it all and its still only in beta. -scuffed

It's a great website because of...
You can watch streamers gamble, watch movies/tv shows, and 18+ content, and there are fewer rules than Twitch

streamers forcing people into referral links
i already reported the site to local law

A 'Live Streaming' platform, with contradictions in its own terms.
It also seems crazy to me, that a 'Live Streaming' platform doesn't even have a 'report' feature, so you can't report streams for anything.
Sexual content, mental health self harming or hate streams, the in-house money streamers aren't following advertising laws and the owners don't care.
Also made an account and named it, only for the name to be changed. Censorship has already begun on "kick.com" it's an embarrassment.
