Outstanding payments

Dear Kick Game,

The issue that I have experienced was: I sold multiple items to Kick Game, but the payments for these orders remain outstanding for months despite repeated follow-ups. The orders are still marked as “Draft” in my account and no payments have been made. Here are the orders and amounts owed:

• #915183 – £90.70 (05/08/2025)
• #911648 – £398.90 (08/07/2025)

Total owed: £5,080.70

This meant that The lack of payment has left me out of pocket by over £5,000, which has had a serious impact on my cash flow and ability to operate my business. The constant delays and lack of communication have also caused significant stress and wasted time chasing payments that should have been processed months ago.

I want Kick Game to immediately release all outstanding payments totalling £5,080.70, and guarantee that future payments will be made on time.

If my payment is not settled immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. This will include visiting your Yellow Storage location to speak directly with the individual responsible for handling orders, and, if necessary, pursuing legal action to recover the funds owed to me within the next couple days.

Very Urgent Issue that still needs to be resolved

I am writing this review on behalf of my son. He has sold 2 pairs of trainers, within a week of each other in late May / Early June. We have received the payment for the first pair, but nothing has been received for the second pair, even though they have been accepted and authenticated. There is no way of contacting Kickgame to discuss, so this review is in the hope that someone can contact us.

Unpaid Payouts and No Response

I consigned items with Kick Game (orders #897689, #915546, and #915547) and sold them successfully, but after over two months I am still waiting for my payouts, totaling £585.30.

I have contacted them many times and explained my situation, including that I am unwell and undergoing surgeries, yet I have received no response and no payment.

This is a breach of their own Terms & Conditions, which state sellers will be paid within a reasonable time after the buyer receives the item. Two months is far from reasonable.

I will be taking further action until I receive the money I am owed. Strongly advise others to avoid consigning with Kick Game.

Scam, Dont Have Stock, Dont give you money back!

Scam! as with other posts, paid for trainers that were showing as in stock and they were not in stock at all so a very dodgy sales system that cant track stock. It took Kickgame 4 days to reply advising they weren't in stock as it had shown. I advised I wanted my money back and NOT a credit to my account and they are now using stalling tactics to refund my money. Don't use them, you wont get your goods as they don't really have any products in stock and you wont get your money back so am now involving the payment provider.

They don’t pay for months again probably run Into some financial difficulties again. I haven’t been paid for months and they own me a lot
DONT SELL ON THEIR PLATFORM !
You would get your money frozen for F … know how long !!!
Suggestion whitdraw all your listings let them know it’s not right we are not
Charity!!!
Payouts supposed to be after couple of weeks but it is bulls…t !!!
Hopefully someone read that from the office and start paying what they own !!!

My son ordered a top but didn’t receive…

My son ordered a top but didn’t receive it, he sent a couple of msgs but got no response as to why it hasn’t been sent.
I went on to their instagram page and dm’d them and their response was excellent, they went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with how they sorted the issue we had. Excellent company with great customer service, would definitely order from them again.

FAKE ESSENTIAL HOODIES

Bought two essentials hoodies which are FAKE!!!! Reached out to customer service on every platform only to be IGNORED after telling them the hoodies were fake!!!! Absolute joke DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

After the cheek of kick game replying to my review stating the jumper was purchased 3 months ago.. that was correct.. however can we take into account the timeframe in which I have been trying to contact kickgame who stopped replying when they seen the photos of the jumper… not to mention the fact it has not had 3 months of wear but has merely been worn twice. I have also had it verified FAKE!!!!!!

I have disputed this with bank who are being extremely helpful. I recommend other customers do this too to receive the money they haven’t been in receipt of.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. I am currently owed £37,000, and despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly and amicably, the company has failed to make repayment or offer a clear resolution.

The lack of communication and transparency has been deeply frustrating and distressing. A company that operates in this way demonstrates a complete disregard for its customers and clients.

Funny how I had a call from the head of consignment back in January stating it will be different this time bla bla and currently getting ignored. Now im back in the same situation with 402 items outstanding payment. some outstanding by 96 working days.

for someone thats sold over 3500 items you think you would be treat a little different. clearly not.

would strongly avoid.

Hold on to returns money for ages

I did give them 5 starts before for great delivery but when I wanted to return they breached their returns policy and I didn’t get my money until nearly a month. They blamed it on a returns back log but to be honest I don’t care what their reasons were I’m entitled a refund and my money within their policy return time frame, it weren’t my fault they had a back log. So unprofessional I had to get Resolver to help and as soon as I did I got my refund. Terrible returns and so stressful , no I don’t recommend them and I will never shop there again. It’s just too much unnecessary headache!

Same story as you can see for countless…

Same story as you can see for countless other people. Platform hardly works and they don't pay sellers out, or if they do it takes months. Communication non existant yet still manage to email you asking for consignments. Abysmal service start to finish.

2 months still no payout

I would give zero stars if I could.They claim payouts take up 14 working days, but it has now been over two months and I have still not received my payment of over £400. My account was disabled without explanation, and there has been zero communication despite multiple emails and messages through their social channels.

No one responds, no updates are given, and they are holding on to sellers hard-earned money with no accountability. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying sellers. I’m so frustrated.

RUN! They don't pay sellers!

They claim you'll receive your payout after 14 working days of authentication however, I've been waiting for over a month now for payout on TWO items I sold!

Non-delivery of the product

I have been a customer for a long time and have purchased several sneakers without any issues. However, on August 1st, I purchased a Jordan 1 High and, for the first time, I am extremely dissatisfied: the order has not been shipped, I have not received any response to the only email I sent, and there is no other way to contact the store. I am still waiting for the product I paid for and I demand an immediate solution. The lack of response and attention to customers is unacceptable.
