I was playing 3 pigs Olympus betting 5$ I won 1775.00 and then $675.00 but it was never added to my winnings just wondering if someone else ever had that problem

Only because I did win one time. I can at least say that I won. But, as of yesterday. They are shutting down. Effective March 31, 2026. As soon as I logged in to collect my log in bonus. All of a sudden. Something is wrong with my account. You know what? if there is something wrong. You should have said something a long time ago. I think that they are full of it. I also think that their minimum cash out of $150.00 is to high. Not surprised that the end is here. The competition is tight with some casinos like Fortune Coins minimum being $50.00.

I recently had an issue where I didn't receive a $100 Walmart gift card I was expecting. Naturally, I was a bit worried, but the Kicker Casino customer service team was incredible.

I would give Kickr Casino more stars if I could recieve my redemptions. I am a verified player on thier casino and its been 8 days now and I still have not received my redemptions. Update: I received my redemptions. Kickr kept in contact with me and I will continue to Play their casino.

Like the sites look and the game providers although lack luster are still fine. Im giving 3 because of how long my redemption is taking. It's been on fufiled for 4 going on 5 days now, which should have already hit my account day 3. The customer support are nice but the response time is insanely long. Will update review once I see the outcome

I've deposit several times to this site. My final deposit, I finally won only to have their verifier deny my legitimate account information and close my account with out giving me the opportunity to satisfy any request for documents. Every sweeps site I've won on has paid me, except this one👎
Update: i reached out to Kickr, and they were never heard from again. No stars of it was possible.

I like their casino. I like the setup, the daily bonus and some of the games. However, they recently screwed me over, so that deserves a one star. I placed a redemption request for a $50 gift card. They processed it quickly. Went to use it and it says invalid pin. Kickr told me to contact the business. I did and they need an order number, in order to tell me anything. It's been two days since I requested that order #, today is the 3rd. I have not heard a thing from kickr. So, I'm just so disappointed.

It's been a few days, and this issue still hasn't been resolved. I received a email from the manager saying I must have have overlooked the email that they sent with the order#, and she copy and pasted it in her email. I searched my email and never received any communication through email with the order number. She also insinuated that it was not possible for my order to have been "possibly canceled," on their end. She cannot think that I'm that stupid?? THE ONLY WAY there would be an issue, is if they (Kickr) fraudulently did something. Best Buy would never issue fraudulent gift cards! The problem lies within Kickr somewhere! Also, I received her email after I made this review here. So shady.

I would have given all 5 stars cause the games are great. But the redemption process and the customer service is not right. I'm waiting on my redemption of a gift card still. Smh.

This site oversteps their grounds for sure. After over a year they started demanding my financials. Including bank statements, tax returns, and pay stubs. Then they set a limit for what they feel you can afford. I didnt provide all of my information or my accounts. Why would I do that? Not a single other site has asked this or done this in 5 years. I wonder if this is where the fraud on my account that I did share with them came from.

I don’t like that Kickr doesn’t give sign in rewards once you have $10 of SC, but that isn’t why I’m giving this platform 1 star. What really viscerally offended me was Baseball Bingo. You can play Baseball Bingo by picking out 5 MLB players; if they all a hit home run then $1 of SC will win you $100 SC. And if you don’t know how much of a rip off this is, get on any real Sportsbook and see what a 5 leg “player to hit a home run” parlay pays. The odds of 5 guys all hitting a home run the same day are significantly higher than +10000.

Was an okay ish sweeps casino until they decided to literally abandon the ENTIRE REASON SWEEPS CASINOS CAN EVEN SOMEWHAT LEGALLY EXIST and LOWER DAILY FREEPLAY to almost NOTHING. Making there not only be zero reason to ever spend a penny there, but taking away any legality they could claim whatsoever all at once. Don't expect players to choose to spend money with you, when you objectively offer them absolutely nothing in return and 50 other sites DO continue to reward and thank their players daily. Fools. This marks the begining of the end for Kickr. Will be charging back every penny spent there.

Update #3 I did receive my redemption 10/10/2025. A little disappointed in the process that I had to go through, hopefully I don't have to go through this on my next redemption.

Update #2 My redemption is put in yesterday for $150 was just sent back to my account for unknown reasons, I just spoke with my bank and was told that it doesn't show $150 transaction being sent to my account so I'm very interested in what excuse they will use to try to delay my redemption or keep it.

Update! I was in contact with an very helpful support agent and the issues was resolved. I will completely remove my one star review when I receive payment to assure the site is 100% legit.

I tried to withdraw $150 and it would not accept my bank statement, so when I emailed them, they reached out a day later saying that it wouldn't accept it because its a "joint account" when I pointed out to support that in their policy, it says that you can use joint accounts as long as the other owner (MY WIFE) verify their identity.
So they sent her an email and she went ahead and did the verification process and still! Not accepting my bank statement. Im starting to believe that this site is a SCAM!
I play on 30 plus other gaming sites and the only sites that I've had this type of issue with has never paid me and its been over a year with them 2 sites.

So far I have gotten zero help I was sent an eBay gift card for $100 since you have to wait till $150 to pull out cash I the eBay card that I received is Frozen and eBay's terms and conditions say that you cannot give out an eBay card for cryptocurrency or prize money I got it because I needed a new phone And now I am stuck with a hundred dollar card completely Frozen they refuse to switch out.
The eBay gift card is fully loaded with a hundred dollars but it's frozen And you're not allowed to give it away as Virtual currency Or prizes It says it right in their rules so I have a frozen 100 gift card with no receipt so I cannot prove where I got it You guys gave me no help and told me it was on me 100

An absolute scam of a casino that hides underneath the social casino loophole. The casino has no valid license and players are not protected. The games are not fair RTP and this casino is absolute garbage. Take your play to stake where the games are fair. One of the providers even confirmed this casino has the lower RTP of their games compared to other online casinos. Stay far away from this place.
