Shocking returns.

Having ordered trainers on 19th dec I still do not have a refund!!!!!!! The trainers cost over £200 but it wasn’t made clear at point of sale the tax would be over £100. I rejected delivery at this end ( return to sender) but paid the import tax nonetheless. UPS assure me they were sent back on 28th January. I never get a satisfactory response from kickscrew as to the status of my refund. I am currently out of pocket over £300 and have no information. I will never order from Kickscrew again.

Not worth the $ "saving" buying from them

I wish I would have red the reviews before ordering from this company.
I ordered not one but twice from them.
They charge $35 SHIPPING and you will receive your shoes weeks after.
I ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven't receive them, hopping that they are originals and not counterfeit as some other reviews have noted.
THERE IS NO DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER!! The only way is through email, take this seriously because if you have any issues you will realize its not easy to contact.
I no need to say more, ever again will buy from this company, I would rather pay full price from another company and not deal with all this.
Lesson: I will read reviews from companies like this one before ordering.
