I ordered a Christmas present over half a year ago.

In the short version: I never received the shipment. I was lied to. I have not received a refund and they refuse to give me my money back despite a money back guarantee.

I have been waiting for the shipment for over 8 months. I have written almost 60 emails. After the first shipment was lost and I wanted a refund (because it was a Christmas present), Kicksmini refused to do so. They refused even though I asked for it at least 5 times. They insisted on sending a replacement but it didn't arrive either. I can't say what exactly went wrong - but we matched the addresses and DHL lost the shipments each time. So they are not to blame for the logistics.
But for their customer service and response.

They really don't care about anything. I have to keep emailing them.
They keep refusing to give me a refund and claim their damage is already too great. What am I supposed to say as a paying customer?
They lied about the replacement delivery and I had to ask again and again.

After I didn't get any more answers and commented on Instagram, they blocked me there so that other customers wouldn't notice their service.

I now simply don't care - I will never order from them again and can only advise everyone not to do so either. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

it got here from USA to DK in 1 week! it usually takes around 2 months but they hit a record. the shoes are good quality for some people they may be a little small but they are cuttable so the parts that you dont like you can just cut them off.
