Scam 100%

Kept charging my card after I cancelled the “free trial”, they do not Respond to emails , and i can’t delete the card from their website. I am in the process of submitting lawsuit.

Great since day one of Use 😀

I have always been scared to try to let a compagny run my IG account, but since day one Kicksta was great ^^ They focused on my niche and make the account grow surely ^^ and the customers service replied to me right away when I had questions 😀 I don't regret my purchase, surely gonna use it for my other accounts 😉

100% fake followers

All you get is a flood of (very obvious) fake followers from India. They also make cancelling a pain in the ass and always try to upsell their awful service. Just pay 2 dollars elsewhere if you want to buy a bunch of fake followers from india.

Don't waste your money (and time).

Not worth it

I got a pretty neat profile, with quality content. In 3 days, I experienced two bursts of fake accounts. That's all the "growth" I saw with this platform. Not worth it.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, I got the free plan for 1 week and the only thing I got is my account blocked, I talked a lot with them and at the end I got the plan for 1 month giving them the trust and they charged me the expensive plan, I got like 40 followers after 12 days and they looked so so so fake all of them and I decided to cancel and after that I even lost the 40 followers, is es Scam! I do not recommended

It really works

I have to admit I was sceptical but the 7 day free trial went really well so I paid to stay on the advanced programme and it's been working really well. More than that the customer support is real people who genuinely want to help and there are loads of great tips and lessons about growing your account. I'm loving this service.

It feels like a scam!

My husband and I signed up for the free trial, and thankfully, we tried it without paying. Today was the second day, and the platform still couldn't connect to our Instagram account. Every time we reached out to customer service, they only told us to try again in two hours. We kept following their advice, but it still didn't work. It feels like a scam!

I'm starting my business, Kicksta was the worst

I'm starting my business, and Kicksta was recommended to me to increase my visibility on IG. It was a mistake. If you're starting out and have a budget for social media, don't waste it on them. It's a scam. They were never able to fix the technical issues and kept insisting it was IG's fault. Even so, they charged me, and of course, there was no refund. My most sincere recommendation if you're starting your business: Don't do it, don't subscribe to them.

It is a shame that I am unable to give…

It is a shame that I am unable to give zero star rating as this is by far the worst software I have seen in 30 years of working in the software industry. Not only does it not achieve what is advertised but to add insult to injury the support staff all give different opinions as to what will solve the poor performance. It would be slightly more digestible if it wasn’t so damn expensive. I cannot recommend this software any less!

Listen and help customers

Best experience I have had with any system. If something comes up they jum p on it and honor what they speak about. I have built my followers and influencers to an all time high. THis is a business and takes some extra effort but this boost helps it to get going. I would not be at 60 K without them.

Complete Waste of Money

I subscribed to one of their packages to get real followers over a period of 1 month. During that 1 month time, I received 27 followers every day. After a month, I canceled the subscription because all the followers I got were bots. Since the day I canceled the subscription, I started losing followers continuously every single day. If the drop of the followers is here and there, that is understandable, but this was a continuous process of taking the followers back. So, the summary is, I got followers over a month, then I lost all those followers over a period of 1.5 month and ended up wasting my money after a 2.5 months. I contacted them several times and escalated the issue but they didn't do anything. This is completely a waste of money.
