Bought shoes and have now got a hole in after 5/6 wears contacted company who won’t do anything about it.
No refund, no exchange and no replacement. Ignored my messages and when I asked why said because they don’t know what to say.
avoid !!!!!

We would like to clarify that your messages were not ignored. We remained in contact with you via WhatsApp and responded to your queries as they came through. At no point was there an intention to dismiss or avoid your concerns.
Regarding the issue with the shoes, we carefully reviewed the information provided. As the item has been in use for approximately six months, we are unfortunately unable to classify the damage as a manufacturing defect. Based on the timeframe and the nature of the wear, this would fall under general wear and tear rather than a fault present at the time of purchase.
We completely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we truly regret any frustration this has caused.

Bought a pair of Nike Aaf88 Sp Billie Eilish Mens White Trainers, size 8.5 from Decathlon, Sold and shipped by Kicks Worldwide. Couldnt believe the trainers that were shipped to me. Womens nike tennis trainers. When I actually opened the box. There was a invoice that was totally wrong and a passed stamp at the bottom. Honestly Kicks Worldwide very disappointed, very surprised that Decathlon have used you as a supplier. Poor, I now have to go through the process of returning useless trainers.
Thank you for replying, trainers now returned and still waiting for refund? I have now had to contact Decathlon Direct.

Lets get down to facts, you ordered the item on Thursday 28th November at 9.51pm, you received the order on Monday 2nd December at 4.30pm. You got exactly the item you ordered.
In reality no business offers free returns, if they do they are encompassing the cost of the returns into the price you initially pay.
I'm not sure how this constitutes 'appalling' service.
