Have not received my package after a month, emailed them and they said the had to cancel the order because of a glitch, I would get my money back after 3 working days. It’s been 5, they would have just let me pay for an item I never got! Awful service... took them a week or more to respond to me too!

Ordered on Dec 26 and got confirmation email. Checked again, all websites down, no answer when you call phone number in Germany. I think they went bankrupt.

Don't order on Kickz.
I ordered shoes but unfortunately, it's not the right size.
I can't send it back and I tried to call them, but nobody responded and I had to pay few dollars for the call.

After being let down by sneakerstuff , I ordered the kybrid s2 pinapple , from kickz . Used a coupon for a discount, And they came after 4 days, excellent service .

Awesome! I was so sceptical because of the negative reviews, but I gambled on the 57% positive… I wasn't let down. Ordered a pair of men's Nike Air Jordan VI Quai54, I'm from the UK and the item was coming from Germany. Took four days to arrive and had notifications all through that time to keep me updated. I'll be using this website again and again if this is the service they continue to supply. 🖤✌🏼

Absolutely terrible service! Emailed which got me no where as i had people arguing with, telling me the order i received was right. Then that i ordered the wrong size. The sizing on their websites is all wrong!!
Rang them as could get no sense from emailing and the telephony staff had terrible attitude told me theres nothing she can do and that i will receive a call back from a manager which i did not. Would never use this website again!
DONT LIKE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS BUT I WOULDN’T WANT ANYONE ELSE GOING THROUGH THIS! Try and find what you want from another site because more often than not you will!!

APPALLING SERVICE!!

Used a code they sent me for joining and purchased a hoodie, it registered the code at checkout then I noticed my PayPal payment didn't have the code amount reduced. I contacted customer services and was told to go away, the second time i emailed still in shock and they said there was nothing they could do so told them to cancel the order, they refused to cancel and said he order was too far gone to cancel after one day though ? I still have had no shipping info 3 days later !
Very bad customer service and very poor information of order details and cost at checkout.

Fuss free ordering and delivered promptly with good communication throughout. Great selection of trainers and sportswear. High recommend this site.

Returned an item that did not fit and they also offered a pre-paid return.

Fast refund and good comms

Ordered two pairs of Air Jordan First Class and they never arrived. Phoned kickz and they gave me the tracking number. The courier (UPS I think, not sure) then told me the sender had requested the parcel be sent back. So in my mind they didn’t have the shoes to send so sent something but ensured it never arrived.

My advice is to avoid them like the plague. Luckily I used PayPal and selected pay after delivery so I had no issues with having to chase my own money.

I ordered a number of goods 7 weeks ago. They have not been delivered and despite the delivery company admitting that they were lost in transit and informing Kickz of this 2 weeks ago, there has been no update, refund, replacement items or any proactive gesture from Kickz. Really, really poor customer service, best avoided

I ordered 2 pairs on Sunday, they were delivered on the following Thursday to London by UPS even though they came all the way from Germany. Couldnt find these trainers anywhere else online either. Very happy, thanks (i don't normally bother leaving reviews but this was impressive)

I was wary of using Kickz.co.uk as I did a LOT of research before buying the specific Nike trainers my daughter wanted. The price was at least £30 cheaper than elsewhere but the reviews I'd seen were hardly glowing.

I eventually decided to take a chance and boy am I glad I did. The whole process from start to finish has been flawless. I received regular updates on my order, the tracking link worked beautifully and the trainers were delivered when promised. They are proper Nikes, not counterfeit, the right size, the right colour and I couldn't be happier.

If you're hesitating, don't.

Was sceptical because of some of the bad reviews but I took a punt as they had some Adidas NMD's out of stock everywhere else.
What can I say except superb services, I tracked the delivery from Germany to the Uk over a 4 working day period and delivered UPS to the door in perfect condition.

Prompt delivery, was advised of a 3 day delay due to the item being on back order, arrived promptly as advised and I could track the delivery via UPS.

Paid a bargain price for the item and would not hesitate to shop with Kickz again.

I had some issues with an order, cause Kickz had made a mistake sizing one of their sneaks. I call their hotline, and they could not help me. Could not speak english. Suddenly I came in contact with a german employee, who actually could speak english, but she basically told me to stop calling and hang up. I got angry, and called again. Another women took the phone, i told who i was, and she hang up as well. I keep trying, cause i know that they have sized a women shoe, with mens sizes, and wanted to make sure that i would receive the right size. Suddenly I came through again, and talked to Günter. He would not give me his colleagues names, so I could include them in this review. Luckily Günter was very helpfull, and he helped me getting the right size.
Al through it was a mess, and I can't recommend using this page. Now i'm just crossing fingers, that I will receive the correct order!
