It is a good website to find children's clothes, which have a wide variety.

Was wrongfully charged for a membership and then it was “renewed” within 2 days despite my request to cancel. So that’s two unsolicited charges. Customer services (Eric from escalation team) has been very empathetic and forthcoming with offer to provide solution, maybe if I was promptly reimbursed instead of asked to write this review first, I’d give a full star one for quick response and service.
Am upgrading review to 4 stars, since Eric has been very helpful staying on top of my issue.

Maya, Joie, Kwakz and Lordvy assisted me with getting my refund for a confirmed order that didn't go through even though my money was deducted.

Hi, my experience with your worker Joie was amazing. She was very kind towards me. She helped me a lot in my request to give me a refund about the subscription because it was made on accident by my little brother...
Also i would like to mention that you should give Joie a raise for the amazing professional skills and the kindness this person has.
I have talked to a few of your workers but Joie was the best behaved and i love that.
I am even considering to buy from you store in the future.

Options were clearly shown so customers can choose what they want to purchase. They could improve this interface by indicating which options are out of stock so the customer doesn't go through the purchase process only to have the purchase cancelled because the option is out of stock.
