Sold a faulty car, long fix time, poor after service
They sold my Sister-in-law a second hand Nissan that was clearly faulty. It was reported on the 5th Dec, couldn't look at until the end of Dec, they couldn't fix the issue, sent to the Nissan garage, problems with the warranty they provided. As of the 25th Jan they still can't provide a return date. No courtesy car available for the whole duration, no apology, poor comms and no accountability from the site Manager. Really really poor Customer service, so I would avoid at all costs.

Faulty car, shocking after care
Sold my dad an MG ZS thats been nothing but hassle cutting out and breaking down in live traffic. Spends more time at the dealer than with him and the after sales service is disgraceful. Always busy, can never take your call, will always call you back... never happens!
I'd personally avoid due to faulty cars and extremely poor after care
