It’s a scam point . They never send any products and no numbers are working . Can anyone tell me how to follow up the order

Would rate a 0 if I could, bought something, 6 days with no response. Messages the WhatsApp linked, read my message, no response, suddenly getting a refund without an apology, a check on my order beforehand making me wait 6days. and when asked about this read my message yet again and ignored

FRAUD!!! Never received my order . Company doesn’t exist, contact phone line disconnected. Do not buy anything from them.

I have reported the company.

AVOID . Never received my order . Company doesn’t exist at the address stated on the website , phone line disconnected , I disputed the transaction with my bank and they told me it had been set up as a re occurring card payment !!!!! FRAUD.

I made an order 3 weeks ago. Last week I sent an email to ask for an update - no response. Today I tried calling - there are two numbers listed on their website, one is disconnected, the other rings out. The address listed on their website is a shopping centre whose own website has no mention of them. Whyyyyyy. I wish I'd checked on here before making an order.

Avoid these at all costs

AVOID ACCOUNTS ARE IN DEBT AND NOT A TRADING COMPANY BUT HOLDS MONEY FOR FIGURES PURPOSE. CHECK COMAPNIES HOUSE. Company is a fraud, left items in awaiting fulfilment sent an email got a poorly wrote response. Then ignored our response just changed it to refunded with no discussion. Tried to call and the number isn't in service. We've had to contact the bank to ensure a full refund. Sent to training standards. Do not use.

No idea where my order is. The status or the progress of the order is not clear when being tracked. Tried to email them, call them; no response.

Ordered a toy pram from the website for about £95. Three days later (and after sending me a confirmation email) they contacted me to say due to an error on the website they wouldn't be able to send to me unless I paid an additional £55. Although this was presented as a discount on the correct price its a lot more than other places are selling it for (£112) so I got a refund.
