Accessories missing from a ride on car. Was told I would be sent them when they next have a delivery from their supplier. Send a message a while after chasing it and was ignored. Never received the missing parts

Bought the lambo in green for our little boys,when it arrived,he was so excited.used it once but had faulty moto,the lads from store went above and beyond to ensure every bit that could be changed was. Redelivered back to our home address in person to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

Parts missing from bike. Parts were sent after sending a video of the problem. The parts came a week later after being promised next day delivery. The parts that arrived were totally wrong and obviously came off an old bike as they were covered in old thick grease. Had to make an expensive trip to Halfords to buy a similar part and adapting it to fit.

Really helpful, Mo went above and beyond to send out new number plates for our much loved car so we could make it special for our daughter
