Good choice of products at competitive prices
Good site offering lots of choice and competitive prices. The order arrived promptly, however the box arrived damaged. Luckily the internal packaging absorbed the damage to protect the bike. They might want to consider using a different courier - the one that brought in the box clearly didn't read the "fragile/handle with care" note...

Superb customer service! Naz answered all my questions about the quad bike before purchase and even told me about a price reduction. Prompt delivery but unfortunately the front wheel fixings were missing. Naz to the rescue again, even responding to my late text on the same evening. A bag of fixings sent the next day. Grandson hasn’t been given his quad bike yet but he’ll love it! Many thanks.

Bought a BMW i8 ride on for my son
Bought a BMW i8 ride on for my son. The steering wheel had a few scuffs on it. Rang the office and they sorted it all out. They sent a new replacement wheel out 1st class recorded post. Got it the next day and they even reimbursed me sending the damaged one back.
Good communication and pleased.
