This company is a scam!!! If you have bought from them I strongly recommend cancelling you credit card.

The company director is Racheal Monteleone. The ABN is not registered for gst and they charge you tax???

The 5 star reviews on here are from her Facebook friends and family. Check for yourself.

Terrible customer service. Waited weeks for each response to my emails and was given false information regarding the returns policy of an item (did not align with the return policy on their website or from the product manufacturer).

My friends and I ordered a baby bag via Kiddipedia, but despite getting an initial order confirmation we never received a notification that our purchase had shipped. Attempting to follow up with the company, my many attempted phone calls went straight to voicemail and my numerous voicemails have never been returned. My friend sent emails that have never been answered. They took our payment, but our purchase has never shipped and months later we still have not heard back from them (except to add us to their advertising mailing list!!!) Had to report the incident to the bank in order to get our money back. Strongly recommend you stay away from this company.

We purchased a plum play product from Kiddipedia for our children for Christmas. Although it didn't arrive until two days before Christmas (not Kiddipedias fault, slow fright at Christmas obviously) we cannot fault the customer service they provided. Every question and query was answered over numerous conversations and they provided so much information and recommendations when we were trying to decide which swing/slide set to purchase. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered 2 x Go Skitz VS100 electric scooters for my two Grandsons which arrived today. Thank you Kiddiepedia your customer service was OUTSTANDING. I had a range of questions about the scooters and each and every question I asked was responded with care and concern, to ensure that I understood and felt comfortable with the purchase explaining that they were the age appropriate right sizes and would arrive before Christmas. Now to finding a good hiding place. Thank you again Kiddipedia. I have also just noticed that you have another amazing website separate to your store which has so much information for parents. Well Done and keep up your excellent work.

I purchased the ainsley play set for my 4yr old son for Christmas and I was contacted by kiddipedia that there was a slight delay due to the freight company delay. I found kiddipedia very professional and kept me updated daily on the progress of delivery. I received the play set yesterday and excited to have it ready for my son on Christmas Day. Thank you kiddipedia for your prompt updates and exceptional service. I will be recommending your site and services to all my friends and family.

Sooo dodgy! I bought from their website, they charged my card…never sent an invoice or answer my email for weeks. They refused to refund me when I asked, and only responded when I reported them as fraudulent to my credit card provider. Many other customers have complained publicly about them on social media, but kiddipedia continues to delete them all to continue scamming customers! If you get scammed too, please make sure you review them online so other parents don’t get duped too. report them to your bank so they become accountable.
