I ordered the Snugglekitty stuffed cats…

I ordered the Snugglekitty stuffed cats a year ago. The stuffed cats are barely a foot long! Definitely not a body pillow. Completely false advertising and overpriced. (The ad even has a photo of a person holding them & they are the size of the person. Not -12 inches as they came! $40 is way overpriced!) I submitted a refund request like instructed. A month later no word & their website to this day shows the request is under review. I have emailed numerous times, sent message requests online, & even mailed a letter from my home in the USA to their headquarters in London! They do not list a phone number anywhere. I never got a response of any kind & no refund. Company is a scam.
