I ordered spare parts and toys over a month ago. I haven't received anything and am unable to get in touch with the company. Clearly a fraudulent website and should be taken down.

SCAM WEBSITE! Be aware! I ordered 2 replacement wheels for my baby cart two month ago. It never arrived. Tried to contact customer service but got no response for weeks. My order has never arrived and my money is lost. I could easily ordered anything by myself from Amazon or Aliexpress.

The worst shipping site ever.
It's basically a drop shipping company, I don't believe they are holding any stock.

I ordered something for my daughter from them with the thought that it would arrive faster from other sites.
Then I received a message from AliExpress saying the product is on the way.

The local mail has made a mistake with delivering the product but when I contacted the them they were not willing to help or contact the mail or provide a refund.

They have a poor customer service.

Don't buy from them!

I ordered 3 things from Kideno at the same time after seeing their ads (which are fake, overpriced and fraudulent). One never arrived and since 3 months am chasing them for status and refund and no answer. Other 2 arrived broken with missing pieces and completely different from original heavy priced product. Please save your self and don’t order anything from this fraud company

I sent numerous emails to tell them I can't track my parcel. I am in South Africa and I don't get any reply. I feel it is very unprofessional.

A bad online shop, I am order a bumper for stroller cybex, they send to me item from AliExpress and it is don’t work, it is small for my stroller , I am wrote to them, and they answer a one time a week , and then they said that they can give only voucher for 50% discount on their web site! They cheating people and still money from mothers and baby’s !!!!liars!!!

Item was sent to a wrong address and despite a promise to correct is, this did not happen.
Far too expensive, on another website I saw later the item that was more than 40% cheaper.

My child lost a stuffed animal that isn't made any longer. I found it on Kideno baby, way overpriced, but still happy it was available. They sent the wrong item. I sent them two emails through the "contact us" page on their site, and they never responded. I filed a complaint through my credit card company that the item they sent was wrong. Today, they sent me an auto email asking me to leave a review and said if I needed help, I could reply to the email. I took a chance a replied to the email that I had a terrible experience and was sent the wrong item. Here is their reply: "We got your dispute and answered it, we sent you exactly what you ordered. We are unsure why you think you got something else, Kideno Baby". What terrible customer service to not even ask for evidence that they sent the wrong item.
