DO NOT order from this site, I ordered a swimming pool costing over £600, I paid and assumed all was fine. The next day I received an email informing me that they did not have the item. I sent an email asking for a refund and complaining about the service. No reply. I sent one the next day and then the next, no reply. I have now started to claim my money back through pay pal. I wish I had read about this company before I made the mistake of ordering from them, as I have realised now this is a common problem.
Bad experience
Pram on order with few weeks to get it delivered.
3 weeks later, with few emails and calls in between, the customer service officer suggested to cancel the order.
Back to square one 5 weeks before my baby is due...
I had to ask to be first in the queue for the refund to be able to buy a new one. Refund received 3 days later so at least I have got the money back but what a waste of time. Apparently they only have the Fast shipping products in stock... Based on the other reviews, their providers don't seem to be reliable and Kidits don't seem to be doing anything about it.
No delivery
I ordered a baby product thinking it would be delivered within a few weeks. The email sent to me said delivery would take place on 4.04.2017 although it was ordered in Feb 2017. Then another email said 3-4 working days. That was last week.
I am most concerned when I see the reviews posted here and those which say the company is a scam. On their website they say that my email does not match my order no. (although I have copied and pasted from their e-mail to me). I cannot contact them on their website and am wondering if I've been scammed. Emails sent to the info email address is returned to me as address unknown.
Poor customer support, very delayed delivery and refund !
Ordered a push chair, said delivery in 5-7 days, until actual payment and check out then it said 21 days.

Not needed by then - requested a return - asked to pay first for courier, paid for it and they havent sent anyone to collect up to 5 days later.

I first thought something was strange when there was no contact number or email address. There is no way of getting hold of them and the order number they give doesn't work on their website to track your parcel. Either it's a fraud or a completely useless company. They took my money and I never received anything.

Never use kidits!! They take your money and do not deliver goods! You cant contact them via phone just through a link on their website!!! Which is impossible to get a reply! We are at 5weeks and still no contact from them or delivery of my item even though it was immediate dispatch and i paid 11.99 for this! They send everyone an automated email by the looks of it stating the manufacturer has had issues and they will complain and resolve the case asap or an option to chose alternative item to receive within a fee days which obviously was a lie too as that never happened!

I ordered a game for my son which HE paid for with HIS money on 01/09/17 they took the $ the next day and shipped it on the 12th HOWEVER now they are saying that the game will not even be here until FEB 13 2017...ARE YOU KIDDING ME. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They have no phone # they take your $ and say you'll have your product in 3-5 business days....huh try a freakin MONTH!!! I could have went and spent 25$ more and had the game that day if I would have known how SHADY this company is. Bad Customer Service
I must say they really have a bad customer service. first you don't have a number to call, they never respond to your mail or facebook messages.
I ordered my baby milk from them (Novalac 3) on the order page they said 2-5 working days which was ok. after I placed the order the confirmation said 3-9th Jan. I was not happy with that so wanted to cancel used the modify my order sent the message but they eventually charged my card.
they sent a shipping confirmation with less than the quantity I ordered so started messaging them to refund the difference no response.
what got me really scared was after reading all the horrible reviews and I called the shipping company they provided they told me they had no parcel in my name and the tracking code they provided was not working either.
In the end the order was delivered 2 days late. It will make life a lot easier if they at least have a number you can call or respond to your messages
Bad service - awful customer service
I ordered a Christmas present which was available for delivery before Xmas. The confirmation then stated delivery between 29th December and 4th Jan......
I tried to cancel - after 5 days they offered an alternative, which I declined. " days later (22nd Dec) I receive the confirmation of despatch.
By this time I had bought an alternative.
The product eventually arrived on the 29th December.
I am then informed that I would need to pay the 'trackable' carriage back to spain to get my refund.
Fortunately I had raised a Paypal dispute at the start of this experience. Once I got to speak to someone at paypal (which is a challenge) they eventually refunded £45 of the £55 payment......
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR KIDITS - THAY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE THE WORSE DISTANCE SELLING EXPERIENCE YOU CAN HAVE

My order was placed over a month ago. When I realised they were not UK based and had a 4 week expected delivery time I tried to cancel. I was refused. The toy has not arrived to date, 4 plus weeks. Christmas is in 2 days. They refuse to refund. You can't speak to anyone. £50 lost!!
Untrustworthy company masquerading as UK/DK webshop
nowhere on the website or the purchase process it was ever mentioned that the webshop is Spanish and therefore the toys are Spanish/Spanish speaking and singing. I purchased ( from Denmark ) an activity table from Vtech in their webshop. This toy is making sounds and has some music, and some letters written on it. ALL IN SPANISH. Which I do understand, but my Danish speaking child has not much use of it, I thought that I have purchased at least an English speaking product if not Danish....
That is one thing, the other is that I NEVER received a confirmation of my order. I thought hey, no problem I'll just contact their customer service...good luck with that! On the webpage form that has to be filled in with your email address and order nr, the page kept saying that my order nr doesn't match the email address given....waow, now I was super angry. No email, no phone, nothing, so they make damn sure you cannot get in touch. I typed the right order nr and email. I checked it several times. Thankfully I was smart enough to purchase via Paypal and I have a case running against Kidits now. Funny enough a day after my complaint I received a shipping confirmation.
So don't waste your time and money, this is an unserious business. Very tempting with their extremely low prices though...should have known better.

This company and website is masquerading as UK company when they are actually based is Spain. Customer service is non-existent. There is no telephone number on the website and no email addresses. When staff do reply they never give a straight answer and never give a direct email address to reply to.

I bought a hatchimal from this site, as couldn't find one in the uk. When I read all the bad reviews on this site, I started to worry that it wouldn't turn up, but I'd bought through PayPal so thought at least I can claim it back if not.
I needn't have worried as was kept up to date with what was going on throughout. The expected delivery date was nearly a month, but it actually turned up a week before.
I would have no concerns ordering from kidits again!!

Ordered via Kidits as cheaper than Amazon. Big mistake! Delivery was over 2 weeks later than the 5-7 working advised on ordering. Damaged on arrival. Difficult to get in touch, used the 'modify item box' a few times to contact customer service! I was then advised they would give me a small percentage discount. After sending a few more emails requesting a return address, a full refund I opened a PayPal dispute. Kidits advised me they would get in touch with the supplier to either send me a replacement, or if not, refund my purchase. As I didn't hear anything further from them in the next couple of weeks I sent them another email. Success at last, not a whisper of a response received but a full refund has now been made via PayPal! I would definitely not use again, their customer service is non existent. We really do have far, far better customer service here in the UK :)

My experience with kidits is similar to most comments I have read on their UK as well as French and German site reviews.
They pretend to have local offices but seem to only have a small operation in space and no one ever picks up the phone there.
When I placed the order online, I was given a delivery date that never happened. I contacted their customer service (only way to get in touch with them is from the contact page on their site) asking them to cancel the order. They ignored it and made a partial shipment anyway, much much too late when I no longer had any use for the toys. they mentioned at one point that they would organise to have the shipment picked up and a refund organised but since then.... nothing.

I was searching for white lunchboxes that lego used to sell but had stopped. I found them offered on the kidits site and ordered on the 11th July. I got an email that expected delivery date was the 27th. That seemed a long way out and I wondered if they were out of stock. I looked on their website and saw that the items were being processed by the factory staff. As the 27th approached i heard nothing so contacted them using a form on thier site ( which broke twice ) The next day i got a terse email to say my delivery date was the 27th July with no other explanation. After the 27th passed i tried to email them to cancel my order and to inform them i would be filing a dispute with paypal if i didnt receive the items i had paid for.
on the 9th of august almost a month after i had ordered, i got an email to say some ( not all ) of my order had shipped and that i would get a refund for the missing items. The items finally arrived on the 16th August
in the mean time i had given up and purchased the items elsewhere at greater cost. So now i have double what i originally wanted.
I had originally wondered if the site was a scam but i've come to realize its just a small team with a fancy website thats no where near the level of service i've grown used to with amazon. You get what you pay for and if its too cheap then you may have to wait.....

Paid a fortune for priority delivery (72 Hours) as my order was for a gift and the date was fast approaching. Turns out the order was not in stock and they refused all attempts to cancel the order. Took 10 days to dispatch my order which was now redundant. To add insult to injury it then took a further 8 days for my order to arrive rather than the 72 hours promised. Flat out refused to refund the delivery costs which I feel I'm entitled to.
Having to recoup the money from my credit card company.
Extremely unhappy, wouldn't deal with this company again no matter how good the deal appears. Avoid like the plague!
