I like a lot your promptitude in delivering the products. Also, I've been impressed by their awesome quality, they're just like new! They've been so useful and the prices are amazing!!
What I don't like is the "reserved" feature and the fact that the time is so short! It's frustrating when your products dissapear from the cart and you have to look for them again if you weren't quick enough to place the order. Some people need more time to select the desired items and to place an order. Maybe you could at least allow a greater time span for the reserved items, like at least 1 hour.
