Great service. It arrived quickly and communication was great. Love the bed. Be aware though the bed is heavier than I expected but that makes it very sturdy when it is together.

Over the years we have arranged our 4 children in various ways within our tent (which features 2 rooms for 3 people each). Until this summer the smallest has been in with mum and dad, but even just with 3 in one room it has been a challenge. Whatever combination of airbeds and old-school canvas bunks we used, they flailed their arms and legs around, getting in each others' way, stealing each others' books and soft toys. In such close proximity hassling each other was irresistible. And I won't get started on the nightmare that is topping and tailing on a large airbed! Added to that, with the floorspace full of bed there was no space for clothes, or books, or getting in and out of bed without stepping on a sibling... We thought we would have to get a bigger tent in order to accommodate all 4 in the one room, but this year the Kid-o-Bunk solved all of our problems and more!
We camped for 3 weeks and 1 day, with 2 sets of bunks, and I have no reservations in saying that the trip would not have been as enjoyable without the kid-o-bunks. The girls each had their own space, so poking and prodding and generally annoying each other was reduced. The hanging organisers on each bed housed their drinks, books, toys, notebooks, the biggest girl's i-pod... so losing stuff and accusing other people of stealing it was reduced. There was floorspace for the boxes containing the girls' clothes, so they could get themselves organised in the mornings. There was room for mum or dad to sit in between the beds and read a story... And on more than one occasion some of the girls had a lie in and the others got up and out without treading on their sleeping sisters and waking them up...
The beds were arguably no quicker to assemble than a standard camp bed, but much easier, without the terrifying act of having to slot those springy legs into the sides without then pinging back and taking your eye out. The 2 older girls (aged 6 and 8) managed to completely assemble the beds themselves. The 4 year old helped to take them down and pack them away.
The beds were not quite as light and portable as the advertising would have you believe, but they do pack down very neatly into well organised bags, so that it is easy to see that you have all the pieces, and you can quickly find everything to put them up.
The beds were easy to take apart and wash in the event of a mishap...
The delivery was swift, the customer service friendly and helpful...
We will certainly be using these to camp happily for many years to come, but as a large(ish), they have also opened many more doors. It is pretty difficult of us to stop over with friends, or in hotels because of the sheer space we take up... few people have enough room for us, even if we could provide our own airbeds etc, but now we can pretty much squeeze in anywhere. (including, for one unexpected night only, all 6 of us in a pretty small double room in a guest house in the Czech Republic!). And of course, we can now welcome more visitors into our own home!
I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Kid-o-Bunk to anyone who has kids and wants to take them anywhere, far or near.

Prompt delivery, Easy to set up even on my own, Extremely solid with minimal sway although consequently is heavy. Bought XL as only £10 more but in hindsight should have got L as that would have been more than sufficient unless you are very large

Having been a camper for many years and having at some point purchased every camp bed out there, this piece of kit is the best I've ever had. Sturdy, strong, and looks good. So looking forward to next trip away to use them.
The delivery was very quick from order to arrival, the packaging was good and intact when delivered.
I am very impressed with this company and the beds were worth the money I spent on them and I believe they will last a lot longer than any other product I've used.. Thank you from one happy camper..

The Kidobunk arrived really quickly and we are delighted with the service and the quality. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because I suspect our kids will have grown too long for the Kidobunk in about a year. If only we could have bought this 3 years ago!! The kids are short but they are 10 and 12!

These were bought for when our grandkids come to stay. Easy to put up Grandad only needed a little help from the seven year old. When the family come to stay it is a very tight fit but these beds have fitted nicely in a space and has left saved us a lot of room. The kids 7 & 4 loved them and could not wait to get to bed. Speedy delivery ordered on Friday morning and arrived lunchtime Saturday which was perfect. Highly recommended.

I bought this product for my two daughters aged 3 and 5.

It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. Assembly time was around 15 minutes. Dismantling was a little tougher as the discs were firmly in place following being slept on but I still managed this alone.

The carry bags are well designed and laid out. They are heavier than expected and I struggle to carry both at the same time, a younger child would not be able to carry this alone.

My children slept well, reported that they were comfortable and were secure while in them. The length of the bed will last them for a number of years. I would definitely recommend to others.

Construction is quality, light and easy to erect. Our kids loved them and found them warmer than a conventional blow up. Organisers are also fantastic. Thanks

Great fun for the kids ,easy for me to put together and most important of all its strong ,safe,stable ,cleanable and very portable.
I have been showing loads of people with children and all are amazed at the product so hopefully some will buy.

My two young son's love it .
We set it up at home when we bought it to show them and they slept on it that night , loved it .
We've taken it to the Grandparents house and they've now bought one to keep when we go next and when their other grandchildren stay over .

One of the rails of my Kid-O-Bunk had an error, so I couldn't use it. I emailed about it the same day and a few days later I received the replacement part already!

I bought a kid-o-bunk after a recommendation from a friend. As a parent you are generally short on space in the car (when travelling), or in the house but kob is really easy to store and easy to put up. This kids love it too - we put it up for my nephews and they couldn't wait to go to bed! (Like a parents fairytale lol) it is also really versatile as we take it camping with us and if we rent a cottage, stay in a hotel (saves money on getting another bed!), or visiting relatives we can also use it.

We got this bunk for a up coming camping trip then when it arrived the day after ordering we decided to take it on a caravaning holiday as we have 4 kids and only staying in a 2 bed static caravan. Wow how easy to put up and the kids love it so much we are thinkin of getting a second one. We have allready recommended it to lots af friends In the twin world . Thank you for coming up with a great solution for all sizes of family

The product is excellent and the kids love it.

Awe have a minor fault with one of the carry bags but was quickly resolved by excellent after-sales care. A new bag was sent out immediately.

One of the parts i received was faulty, i emailed and received a call back within 30 minutes and replacement part the next day.

The kids love their new camping beds.

The buk beds are fabulous, really easy to assemble and take down, clear instruction even on how to repack n the carry bags. Easy ordering and very quick delivery Extremely pleased with the purchase. Have already recommended to others.

The beds are very sturdy and according to my grandchildren are comfortable. However they are a lot heavier than I imagined, only older children could carry one.
