Website looks decent and professional. At first glance, all was legit-looking.
Requirements for children to join particular course are nicely presented. My 9 year-old was over-the-moon as coding and animation is his passion which I intent to cultivate.
So I signed my son up for the live coding classes for Roblox Gamers.
He was supposed to start on Monday 13th Jan at 5pm via Zoom platform.
We waited for an hour. The host never joined the Zoom meeting.
I tried calling the number visible on the website: phone switched off.
I sent an email saying that we've been waiting (I also attached the screenshot of the meeting).
The next day I received an email saying that the tutor did join the meeting but nobody was there.
(Interesting how you can join the same meeting and not find each other...).
We were offered an alternative day to make up for that time. So the next attempt was today! Wednesday, 15th Jan at 5pm.
Again, the same issue.
I did try to join via two different laptops and my phone, so I am sure there was no issue my end.
Tried callng them - phone switched off.
Sent one email saying that we're waiting, no response.
It is the exact same pattern!!!
Their conduct is very unprofessional and questionable as well.
So I sent another email, a long one, and requested a full refund to be paid to me immediately.
I also asked them to refrain from their manipulative behaviour of offering me alternative days/times of classes and informed them, that I will be contacting Trading Standards accordingly, as due to my profession, I am obligated to do so.
Surprisingly, they responded within 10mins saying that they will refund me.
I received the full refund via PayPal immediately.
Of course, no apology, no explanation whatsoever... just 'hi' and 'thanks'.
Wow...
Please, do not waste your time or money on these scammers!!

My son loved this coding class he really enjoyed it. The teachers are really good and helpful and great with kids. My son has learned a lot.
They didn't turn up to the class and didn't seem too concerned about it when I called to find out why they didn't join the call. They simply told me that it would take a while to arrange a new one and to try again. I arrange this one many days in advance and I had carved out the time with my 7 year old son who was very excited about the class.
Edit: as you can see from their response below, there was no apology for missing the session. I was simply told that they were too busy. I used their scheduling calendar to arrange this. Everyone makes mistakes and that's OK. However, these guys didn't apologise and didn't care that they missed the session. The only thing I was told was, "we're too busy, make another appointment". An apology wouldn't have hurt.

Casey was informative and patient, asked my son questions to keep him engaged. Lookign froward to starting the course.
We had a free trial which was excellent. Casey our instructor was patient, friendly and very informative. We chose the self learn class on the site instead of taking up the full 10 lessons because my child found it difficult to stay still during a half hr zoom! The classes would be 1 hr but they sound great. Maybe next Yr when he's 10.
