I just had the worst experience in my life!

I just had the worst experience ever with this shop from Amager Center today the 2nd of Oct.at around 12-12.30. ( sorry for the long post but I really want to explain in details what happened. Normally I do not leave bad reviews but this experience really effected me and I hope that the right person will read about this and do something about it)

I wanted to buy a present, and I found 2 gifts that were in sale( they were put outside the shop) . 1 I already decided that I wanted to buy because was already the discount price on it. 2nd one, was a giraffe, for new born which I was not sure if was on sale. So I go inside the shop with both of the packages, to ask the employees. They were to there. One young girl with scarf on her head and one a little older lady with dark hair. The one who “ helped me “ was the young girl. I asked her what is the price for the giraffe, and with a smirk on her face ( kind of I was stupid or something) she points with her finger on the books to show me the price. I tell her that this package I took it from outside were are the sales items. She again talks down to me telling me that isn’t on sale. I started to get annoyed with her attitude and I ask the other lady if she can check. It was on sale … then I go back to the young girl and I say that I one the first package. She then, scans both of the packages. I tell her, that I only want 1. I can see on her face that she was really bother by that. Then, she asked me if I want a bag. I am telling her no. But she scans the bag even if I say no. ( I was with my son and I was distracted with him) let’s say this was a misunderstanding…she refund me the bag price but in all these time her attitude was horrible to me. After I left the shop, I was looking at my son to come out of the store, and I catch both of the employees laughing and talking about me! I felt so humiliated! I left out the store really sad! I was so sad that even that I was in need of that present I went back to return it ( 5 min after) because the experience was so bad, that I didn’t want to give the present with a bad energy for a new born.

When I return to the shop, the same young girl “greed “ me . I said that I want to return the package because of the bad experience I have had. Her response: “ oh” then without apologizing or anything she’s asking me for the receipt. I realize that I didn’t took it when I left the shop. ( I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could). Then she says : “without the receipt I can’t refund you” . I am telling her that I was there 5 min ago she can check the sales she got in the last 5 min and find my receipt. She says that was a lot of sakes can’t do that. Then she turns to the old lady and she’s telling her, in front of me, that she doesn’t want to do it, if she could look for receipt! Again… I was in shock with this young girl attitude!!!
The old lady took over, and help me out, meanwhile I asked her if there is any manager because I really wanted to talk about these young girl’s attitude and the way she is treated the customers! I hope someone will read these and learn something from it.
I know that as long as that girl will be there, I will never go and shop there. I never felt so humiliated in my life!
