Don’t be fooled by any positive reviews…
I’ve never experienced such behaviour from a company. I wanted to buy a specific toy for my child’s birthday and only found two places selling it. One was Kidsdreamstore and the other Let’s Deal. After researching Kidsdreamstore and seeing the overwhelming amount of negative reviews, I decided to go with Let’s Deal, since I’ve always had good experiences with them… Unfortunately I forgot to check who was the company selling through them, as I always do. And obviously, the one time I forgot, I got screwed because as it turned out, it was this criminal web company (Kidsdreamstore).
So, a 2-3 day delivery turned into a month, I contacted Let’s Deal and they contacted the company via email, in which I was tagged too. They did not respond to Let’s Deal or to me. Eventually I received the package, but to my surprise there was only one toy inside, I ordered and paid for 2 toys. Since then I’ve emailed them again and still no reply or missing toy or my refund.
This company is clearly dishonest and criminal, and mean literally, as they are not operating within the regulations of the Swedish consumer’s law.
I’m my opinion, the only good reviews that they have are either fake or there’re a very few lucky ones that actually received their purchases.
Also, had to panic in the last minute to find another birthday present for my son…which again, caused even more stress.
Now, my next step is to contact Konsumentverket and ARN.
