Purchased a Ronaldo kit for my son’s birthday present as I had been scammed by someone else. It has arrived and the badge at the bottom is upside down so my son cannot even wear it! I emailed this company twice to ask to return the kit and have a refund and was ignored. Upon leaving my original review, I had an email the same evening asking that if I would consider changing my review they will refund me and send me out another plain kit for free. I received multiple emails asking if I can change my review. I have now received both the refund and the complimentary kit which I am thankful for but cannot help think I was only dealt with in the end because of my bad review. 🤔

Previously ordered two kits for my boys- Inter Miami and Real Madrid. Kits arrived quickly and were excellent. Boys were delighted and I was the best mum! Excellent customer service and will be ordering again!

My 8 yr old son is massively into football and always keen to increase his football kit collection which can be an expensive business. We'd stumbled upon Kidsfootballkits purely by chance after the website was recommended to us by a football dad we met whilst on holiday. We purchased our first items last year and were a little anxious having never used the site before, but everything arrived and we were absolutely amazed at the quality and value for money. We have ordered again multiple times since, and most recently in the past two weeks, with the items arriving on Monday. The website gives honest guidelines for shipping times and a tracking ID is sent out by email as soon as the item is dispatched. My recommendation is that if you are buying for Christmas or a birthday, you do leave adequate time for delivery.
The Customer Service side of things has also been excellent. I've had several emails from Grace providing updates on shipping as well as an email to check that I was happy with the order. I have also used the "contact us" via WhatsApp twice for queries about purchasing other kits and had quick responses on both occasions. I would highly recommend the site.

The football kit, delivered by Royal Mail, came well within the expected time. The kit itself is perfect for my grandsons birthday.
