I placed an order for a charcoal grey suit fire my son who was the ring bearer at a wedding. A well after the order was accepted, I received an email which I thought was the shipping details, but alas, it was to notify me that the order was cancelled because the suit was not available. I am sure this is info they could have provided sooner and why do you have the item on your website anyways if you don't have it in stock???

A trustworthy place to shop!
We entered into a pageant and needed a dress for my granddaughter. My son thought she wanted Dress "A", but it turned out she wanted Dress "B". Oh my! Now what?
I called Kids Formal and told them what happened. They IMMEDIATELLY set the wheels in motion and cancelled the first order and made the correct order. It was shipped IMMEDIATELY and my granddaughter was thoroughly happy. My son and I were thoroughly happy too because the box came in her name, and we had nothing more to worry about. Beautiful dresses, accessories, shoes, and whatever.
