No response!
I ordered a babynest on April 2, 2025, and received an email saying delivery would take 4–5 days due to it being out of stock. After that, I heard nothing. I sent several emails after two weeks with no response. Then, out of nowhere—35 days later—I got a text saying my order was ready for pickup. By then, my baby had already outgrown the babynest, so I returned it (and the delivery costs 99kr!). Extremely disappointing experience. I will never buy from this store again.

I have received my order and it is obvious that the product is used and not new because there is human or animal hair on the inside of it. The product also has signs of use on the inside, so the product appears to be used and not new. This is not fair.
One of the worst online shopping…
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. It took almost a month before the product arrived at a pickup point, though it said that it would be delivered to my home address. During which, the customer service was difficult to reach,and no tracking number could be found. When the customer service finally replied my email, they claimed that my purchase was stuck at a different location, yet they still completely ignored my question about the tracking number. In short, don't buy stuff from them.
