Ordered on April 10, still no delivery and company went bankrupt, no idea if I will ever get my delivery or money back

I ordered a babynest on April 2, 2025, and received an email saying delivery would take 4–5 days due to it being out of stock. After that, I heard nothing. I sent several emails after two weeks with no response. Then, out of nowhere—35 days later—I got a text saying my order was ready for pickup. By then, my baby had already outgrown the babynest, so I returned it (and the delivery costs 99kr!). Extremely disappointing experience. I will never buy from this store again.

They should be jailed! I order 4 weeks ago, never got the product , no delivery information , they don’t answer emails or phone . I will make a police report

Never got my product. Now waiting for over a month. Tried writing emails but never got respons. Tried calling but no one answered.

They don't respond to refund enquiries, but continue to send out promotion mails. The product that I bought broke after just three weeks of usage.

Very bad after sales service and delivery. The website started saying the delivery time is between 2 to 4 days, and they never delivered my full order and kept on postponing for 4 weeks until i asked them to cancel.

I made two orders, one on Jan 24 and one on Jan 25. Only one order came. Tried to email twice, tried to call, did not get a response, but finally after almost 3 weeks the second order came. I would've appreciated getting an answer at least.

I have received my order and it is obvious that the product is used and not new because there is human or animal hair on the inside of it. The product also has signs of use on the inside, so the product appears to be used and not new. This is not fair.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. It took almost a month before the product arrived at a pickup point, though it said that it would be delivered to my home address. During which, the customer service was difficult to reach,and no tracking number could be found. When the customer service finally replied my email, they claimed that my purchase was stuck at a different location, yet they still completely ignored my question about the tracking number. In short, don't buy stuff from them.

The toy I bought arrived before xmas after contacting the shop.

I ordered a toy online, it arrived quickly with tracking number. Well packaged, well arrived. The item selection was sweet, my daughter liked it very much. Thank you.

I placed an order on December 12th. Still no confirmation that it has been shipped. It's supposed to be a Christmas gift. Really disappointed. Should have checked the Trutpilot reviews before ordering

I contacted the store for an update. Still no response. I will be buying the gift from another store and won't be paying the invoice on this one

Extremely bad store. I had to pay 100 Sek when sending shoes back. It was not mentioned anywhere before.

Useless store that never shipped the items I ordered and took nearly 3 months to get a refund after 10 emails with customer service. Avoid at all cost.

Companies are very happy to take your money right away but this company still hasn't processed my return - which also costs 100 SEK to make by the way - after one month. That's extremely poor.
