Continously emailing and yet still no…

Continously emailing and yet still no communication.

The worst party company I have dealt with.

Absolutely I have now sent 10 emails. And all of which have not been responded back to. Sorry 11 emails.

Zero customer service and zero communication

Ordered party bags on the 29th March for my son’s party on 7th April so ordered in plenty of time. I’ve received no email communication regarding the dispatch. Customer service have not responded to my emails, there is no sign of my order and so there’ll be some disappointed children at the party tomorrow! Very unreliable company and won’t use again. Will probably raise the issue with my bank to get my money back. I get better communication from my toddler!

Friendly & professional service

Friendly & professional service. Great items. Couple of items missing from order but customer services responded quickly and the missing items were sent the next day! Would definitely recommend and buy from again. Thank you !

Great customer service, reasonable prices

Ordered a boxes of party goods for my little girl’s birthday, all very reasonably priced. They arrived quickly but one item was damaged. Customer services responded quickly and sorted the issue no problems. I’d definitely order from them again!

I would buy from this company again!

All the items I ordered came and where exactly as advertised. I was communicated with when items had been dispatched so I knew when they were due to be delivered. Would defo buy again. Balloons blown up and party bags filled all ready for Daughters Birthday.
