I was complaining about money going off…

I was complaining about money going off from my account, without me authorizing it. I did request a refund and Dedan promised that he will immediately release the refund once I have given a rating on my experience with HIM helping me. He was very helpful and calm. So let me see if he is going to keep his promise.

My experience was not pleasant

My experience was not pleasant, I thought I was purchasing a gift with my virtual card but the money has been deducted from my personal account., I lost my job in November and not in a position to afford monthly debit orders, I never subscribed bit only done this as a once off, and also I still did not even receive the thing I thought I purchased they rather talk about credits, I am not happy at all
