Wish I had checked this out before ordering from the company!
Absolutely atrocious and disgusted about the fact they are actively stealing money from people!
Also trying to raise a dispute with the Shop App due to non delivery but that is possibly and other review!

I ordered a tower from this company on 21st February. It showed my order had been delivered by FedEx on 26th February, however, no goods were received. I emailed the company and was advised ‘this was a blip in their system and the item was still in transit and would take around three weeks to be delivered’. No tower received and no reply to further emails. I am going to contact my bank and have them chargeback-non receipt of goods under Mastercard regulations. Very disappointing!

Argg I've been scammed too so annoyed is there not a way to get the money back ....☹️☹️☹️

I have just been scammed 2. Money taken out, says delivered and no response from emails. Number is not recognised on the website aswell. Gutted

Along with the other people on here I haven’t received my Tower either £50 lost
I am going to find EVERY social media site they are on & let people know

Same happened here! Ordered 19th January and now realise i’ve lost £50 and no acknowledgement to numerous emails. Shocking how these companies can scam honest people like this!!!! So annoyed i didn’t see these reviews before i fell for it ☹️

Just a footnote to this post to those who have lost out to this unscrupulous firm. My daughter who works in banking has advised me to submit a Debit card dispute form from the bank the payment was made from to try and reclaim money.
It’s been refunded from the bank pending enquiry so it’s worth a try. Good luck! 🤞🏼

This is a scam, ordered a tower paid money, said it was delivered but no goods

Please do no order its a scam. They come under the name of geniuskidyalpha and geniuskidystore. Saw the advert on Instagram and ordered via webpage in January. It only recognises one order and said it's delivered when it hasn't while the other order number is not recognized on the webpage . Bear in mind money has left my account for both orders. I'm so gutted I got scammed

Ordered a tower via Facebook and it didn’t arrive although my order status said it had been delivered. No response from my numerous emails. Fedex shipping number looks fake as well. Stay well clear, it most certainly is a scam website and you’ll loose your money !!

I placed an order on 21st January for a montessori tower. They have taken the money and the email link has disappeared. An expensive scam... 😬

Ordered, paid for, not delivered. No answer to multiple emails

I ordered a tower on the 21st January for my son's birthday. Money left my account and I have heard nothing about delivery. Sent a follow up e-mail, heard nothing back, and now when I try to track my order on their site it does not recognise my order number. Clearly an expensive scam, do not order from this site! Really, really disappointed :(

Placed an order on 18th December 2023 for a leaning tower. Money left my account on the 19th December, however the product has still not been shipped. No response via email.
