Taking payment but not delivering

Previously had ordered with no issues.

Interestingly they offered a discount voucher for putting a 5 star review on this site.

This time placed order, goods have not been despatched despite paying for fast delivery, no response to emails and phone number is invalid.

Poor experience

Item finally arrived, no contact or response from the shop when trying to contact. The items are good so I will increase the rating but a poor experience!

Ordered Barbie, got Unicorns (eventually!)

Ordered 2 Kinder Barbie Easter eggs on 13/03/2026. On 18/03/2026 order was showing as "unfulfilled". I tried to speak to Kidzbuzz using their Chat facility. No response after waiting half an hour. On 24/03/2026 the tracking showed that the order was with Royal Mail 24. Order finally delivered on 25/03/2026. Unfortunately, they have sent 2 x Barbie Unicorn eggs! I have notified Kidzbuzz of their error and I wait their response. I'm not holding my breath.

NEVER USE AGAIN

NEVER USE AGAIN! Good prices however emailed loads requesting refund for missing items in my order that was 3 weeks ago!! Not had any replies … nothing !!! BAD BAD SERVICE
