Did not receive my package
My order was sent in 2 seperate packages of which I only received one. When I mailed them to ask where the other package was, they replied that I had to get in touch with the carrier. When I pointed out to them that they should contact the carrier, as they are the one who shipped with that specific carrier, they told me that they would investigate. I waited 3 months for a reply when I eventually emailed them again telling them they have not followed up on the last mail. Now they are telling me that they are not responsible when the carrier confirms delivery. In Belgium the law states that the company is in fact responsible for the shipment until an actual delivery. I did not receive, nor did I sign for, that package. Their customer service is worthless and I hope for future customers that they will improve their service. I for one will never order from them again.
