Okay...
Process was little bit long and stressful, to be honest.. But the team was actually always helpful and offering solutions. The delievery and all those things together took over a month, but stroller came and i'm happy and pleased.

I bought a Junama stroller 2 weeks ago and the service I received is perfect. The customer service is fast and very nice. They delivered my Junama stroller to Belgium so fast and easy.

Do not order with this company!
We ordered a stroller from them in early December and agreed on a delivery date in early January.
10 days after the agreed-upon delivery date, we asked them where our stroller was: this is where the headache started.
Delivery problems, VAT problems, they had every excuse ready, as to why they couldn't deliver our stroller. There were no proactive solutions or communication from their side and we had to keep asking them for updates.
When it became apparent that they were not able to deliver the product to us, we asked for a refund.
More problems: their bookkeeper was out that day, problems with their payment provider, the list goes on and on...
Long story short: No money, no stroller, DO NOT ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Without testing put a order and i am really happy with it
I did not had the chance to test the stroller. But i give it a go. The delivery toke 2 weeks because of the distance. This was not a problem for me. It arrived and i am really happy. It has better quality than most of the strollers over here in the netherlands. And its include a bag and the accessoires.

I wasn't sure if the page is safe so I contacted the producer (Espiro, Poland) directly. They told me that I can order without hesitation and so we did. Our purchase was Espiro Yoga 2in1 pram, as a gift we chose Cybex Adapters. The package was delivered after few days, and we love our new pram. The quality is excellent!!! Also customer service is very polite and helpful, we were informed about every step of our purchase via WhatsApp.
