More than happy with the Drill /…
More than happy with the Drill / driver, beautifully engineered and a pleasure to use. The service I received form Kielder was faultless. We have been using Bosch Industrial drill / drivers for construction work but are now serioulsy considering switching to Kielder. Great product and fantastic company to deal with.

I've gradually built up all of the type 18 toys over the years and keep buying as the only 1 that ever let me down was sorted by the company under warranty with no questions asked

Literally recieved a band new tool back for the major service cost about £50. Unbeatable service from company that stands by their products

Keilder best price and service
I chose this company because i have a couple of power tools made by them. plus the free postage was with royal mail 48, also the item was £2.35 cheaper than machine mart and i would have had to collect it from there store.

Poor quality
I purchased the 18v drill from keilder for very light domestic DIY use. It soon failed due an electrical issue which was repaired by Keilder (not quickly) under warranty. The drill then developed the same electrical controller issue, intermittently just outside of warranty. This drill failed prematurely and I therefore cannot recommend at all. This item was simply not fit for purpose.
I was keen to buy British but will now reluctantly move to another brand for both personal DIY and business purchases.
01/05/25 to add: No response from Kielder to this review. Only the easy responses to the positive reviews. Sums my experience up.
