Just got off the phone with a manager Will Croke was approximately around 12:18 was a male, extremely rude worst customer service ever . Completely disregarded my situation. Prior to this I was waiting 2 weeks for a call back . There great for car quotes but there customer service is horrible which does not do them justice . Behaviour I was getting off the manager was appalling I was so confused as to why he was even appointed as a a manager

Absolutely delighted with the quotes I've received from Jennifer, exactly what I needed and a very competitive price. Lovely to deal with, very efficient, came straight back to me and just gave me exactly what I needed on my policy, will definitely be going back to them when I need my next quote. I dealt with Jennifer and aoife in the office they were great very fast and efficient service everything was done for me with out any hassle , fantastic service and definitely the best quote around , would not go past the girls for my car insurance .
