So, we use alot of "old" tech in our house - -those dvd-players for the neck-rest so the kids can see dvd's or films off an sd card. and old WD tv boxes for the old screens we have. And now we found the solution to get our Disney+ library unto SD-cards and USB-stick so the kids can watch Lilo and Stick series in the car on the monitors and the same on the old screens in the house.. we found this Kigo Disney+ Video Downloader from KigoSoft. so it's kinda like a browser program, you loginto disney+ via their program, and whenever you are on a show or movie, before you press play, there is a button where you can locally download the files, so they become like the old files we used to share via network parties.. we can choose different resolutions, mega nice, we use 480, so they take up less space, 😃 and we can get the subtitles integreted into the files and different audio languages, and get the subtitles as external srt files olso super nice for the old WD TV BOX 😃 and like lilo and stich, when on a show, you can shoose to get an entire season at a time - total win 😃

and yes I would like to be able to choose dvd quality and not just 480 or 720, in the low type resolutions and I would like to have it integrate subitles as well do the external in the same download que, but I can wil with this, I just do the external first - takes a lot less time, and then do the video files

anyways - hope this review helps someone - I did spend some time trying dodgy software and sites before this - acually had microsoft defender going a little crazy with the other sites -especially the one called "Free Disney Plus Download" FYI - it's not free :p

Don't buy it. I made a huge mistake by buying the lifetime version and it's not worth the hassle. My download got halted, reported it and since it was within the 30 days period they swiftly answered, now that it is over they don't even dare to reply.
Downloads halt, specially if you set to download several episodes.
Some movies can't be downloaded at 1080p but 520p even if I can watch them at 1080p on Edge.
Kigo support must be in some backwater country.
Login to my netflix account gives errors.
What gives? False advertisment.

Edit. Add a new error code 3021 on failed downloads. It just keeps on giving.

I hope they do not answer within the 30 days period that I have to ask for a refund for "technical problems with the software"

On Sunday 10th September 2023 I purchased KG Amazon Video Converter Mac 1M Subscription for $24.19 but I tried to run the program multiple times and it is comes up with an error message saying the application closed unexpectedly due to an error so I immediately uninstalled it so please don't waste your time with this stupid program.
