Still selling goji berries advertised at 448g even though when I got them they were 400g they need reporting to trading standards.

I can not contact anyone about this - when I write to them either by email or Facebook no one replies...
I will be reporting this business to trading standards and taking it from there.

I order over two weeks ago and still…
I order over two weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. I have emailed and phoned countless times. I haven't had a problem with them before, their products and prices are very good, but customer service abysmal. I will be requesting a refund if I don't hear anything soon.

I made an order 3 weeks ago and enquired where my item is, I didn't have any follow up nor I received the item. At this point, I asked for a refund and again no response. Very bad.
