It could always have been worse.
Sizing is totally off from the size chart but the quality is good and they exchanged it even though it was a final sale item.

Be AWARE - money taken, order never fulfilled and inquiry repeatedly ignored
I placed an order for my partner on May 30 and the merchant charged my credit card in full on the spot. They promised 3-day delivery but the order is still not even fulfilled after 18 days. There is no phone number to contact on their website. I tried to email them and also to contact them on their website. All inquires have been ignored. Unfortunately I have to take legal action against this merchant to recover my money.
Stay away from this merchant!
